Early Career Stories
Consultant
“A large part of why I was excited to join Newton was the chance to lead US expansion. Now, I have the chance to do so in the Energy and Infrastructure sector as well. I came to Newton with a degree majoring in both Materials Science & Engineering, and Economics, so it’s great to get to work with clients in the Energy field, especially during a time of such big technological change.”
“I was consistently impressed during the interview process with the quality of people representing Newton, and I am happy to say that my early experiences working here at Newton mirror those in the interview process. I believe Newton is made up of brilliant people, which makes for an incredibly rewarding working environment.”
“My first few weeks in Induction have been a whirlwind! I’ve really enjoyed getting to meet so many new people, whether at induction, at Review Nights or just going out in London. Now, I’m headed to client site in Germany for a couple weeks before heading back to the US and I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and grow in my first project and beyond.”
“Being based in the UK for induction and meeting so many people, gave me a real appreciation for just how special this working culture is. After landing on a client site in the US, I met the client almost the moment I arrived and put what I’d learned into practice immediately. What sticks with me most is the sheer pace of growth; in the space of a few short weeks, I feel genuinely transformed into a promising consultant.”
