As a Consultant, you\u2019ll work alongside clients and colleagues within a workstream to deliver <\/span>inspiring<\/span>, measurable\u00a0results. In-depth, hands-on\u00a0training<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We help you build a broad skillset as a Consultant over your first two years with us. This ensures you understand our business well and encourages you to explore your skillset and natural strengths in diverse settings and teams. It\u2019s a crucial time for building the fundamentals of consulting and the Newton methodology. All our consultants need to possess this core skillset to thrive, regardless of<\/span>\u00a0the particular\u00a0<\/span>areas<\/span>\u00a0you\u00a0<\/span>work in<\/span>\u00a0while at Newton.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As an\u00a0Operations\u00a0Consultant,\u00a0you\u2019ll\u00a0work\u00a0closely\u00a0with a variety of clients, mapping\u00a0processes and analysing data to\u00a0identify\u00a0opportunities for operational improvement.\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0plan and implement the changes\u00a0needed\u00a0to realise value and deliver\u00a0lasting impact.\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0work\u00a0on-site, from the\u00a0factory\u00a0floor to the boardroom, and everywhere in\u00a0between.
