Our two internship programmes, Summer Academy and Pioneering Potential Programme, offer the same incredible opportunities. However,
\nPioneering Potential encourages talented people from low socio-economic backgrounds to pursue a career that might not have been accessible before.<\/p>\n

With no previous experience needed, you\u2019ll receive two weeks\u2019 training on processes and methodology, while learning about personal brand, communication and presentation skills.\u00a0The final final two weeks will be spent working on a live project with our people.<\/p>\n

Our internships offer a taste of consulting \u2013 no experience needed. What we look for are analytical and conceptual capabilities: sharp critical thinkers with strong communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills are needed, those who can balance EQ & IQ, and bring their whole self to the team.<\/p>\n
